Thomas Wickerson joined Meliden in the summer of 2023 after his previous team Prestatyn Sports took an enforced year sabbatical from Football, he also played for Kinmel Bay, Prestatyn Sports and Llandudno.

Wicko made his Miners debut in the 2-0 home loss in the First Qualifying Round of the Welsh Cup against Kinmel Bay, he was involved in his first win with the club in the away fixture to Abergele 2-0, his first goal for the club came in the 6-4 goalfest against Llandudno Junction at home which Meliden won.
