Dan Beattie joined for his current stint with Meliden back in 2021 after playing for other local clubs such as Rhyl, Rhyl Dragons and Prestatyn Town.
He played his first fixture in the 3-0 away win to Blaenau Ffestiniog in the 1st Qualifying Round of the Welsh Cup, playing the full 90 minutes and accumulated 5 goals in the 2021/22 season, which after a couple of misdeamours meant he was banned from Football for 2 years before returning in June 2024.
